A variety of techniques were used on prisoners who were locked in dark rooms with taps dripping continuously or loud music playing which would alter the brain waves and cause the prisoners to either reveal their war secrets or conform to the opposition. Both foreign government and the United States conducted extensive research in these areas.
Hypnotism mind control is used extensively in militant institutions such as the army, FBI, CIA and other similar organizations. It can be used as a form of brain washing and once a key word is used it will trigger the brains stimuli making the person do things that in normal circumstances they would not have done. For instance assassins will go on a killing spree once they have been given the trigger key word.
As you can see this form of hypnosis can be used for many different purposes. It can be used for the good of mankind or it can be used to for more sinister purposes.
